Cases of product return
We support product return for you in the following cases:

Product does not match the product description on the website
Product is defective, does not guarantee quality (including product defect due to transportation)
Product is delivered by mistake or missing

Exchange Policy
Return period: Products can be exchanged only once within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The exchanged product must be unused and unopened.
In case the product is ordered during the promotion period, please exchange the product during the promotion period to receive the preferential price.

Return method

Step 1:
To return the product, please notify the hotline 0934 77 99 47 or email fineco.company@gmail.com, our staff will receive the current status of the product and guide you to return it.

Step 2:
In case you have been recorded as returning the product, we will contact the shipping department and waive all return shipping fees for you. The return time is 7 working days.

Step 3: How to return the product

Once the return request is resolved, please pack the product as it was when you first received it (including the product, gifts, accessories, etc., if any) and send it to Fineco Coffee's address (https://fineco.com.vn/) within 7 days from the date of receipt and include:

VAT invoice (if any) or delivery note or purchase invoice or order.
Accessories that come with the product and promotional gifts (if any).

***Note: Please remember the postal code of the parcel you sent so that when you need to look up information about the returned package, it will be more convenient and faster.
